RETAINER, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

  • Non-refundable $1,000 retainer required; applied toward total investment.
  • 50% of remaining balance due after retainer.
  • Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable.

TRAVEL & GUEST COUNT POLICY

  • Events >250 guests incur $1,000 staffing fee.
  • Events >2 hours outside service area incur $1,000 planning fee.
  • Out-of-state clients cover lodging/travel.
  • Destination packages range $500–$1,000 above standard pricing.

RETAINER & PAYMENT

  • $1,000 non-refundable retainer required, applied directly to the final contract total.
  • 50% deposit required upon agreement execution (less the initial retainer payment).

SERVICE & TRAVEL POLICIES

  • All corporate event packages include up to 10 hours of active service; extra hours are billed separately.
  • Custom corporate pricing is calculated for large-scale events exceeding 250 guests.
  • Standard travel fees apply to event locations outside our local coverage area.
  • Clients are responsible for covering direct lodging and transport costs for out-of-state events.
